Basic Policy concerning Protection of Personal Information
Our company provides "Policy concering Protection of Personal Information" based on the demands postulated JISQ15001 of protection of personal information management system, and the act and the standard concerning protection of personal information as the responsibility that the enterprise should accomplish.
It is declared here all of employees at our company understand, persist the policy of protection of personal information and make a continuous effort to keep that our company is trusted.
When personal information is acquired, the purpose of use is specific, specified beforehand and after the person in question's agreement is obtained, it does by legal and a fair means. Acquired personal information is used and offered only in the range necessary for the business management of our company, personal information that exceeds the range necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use is not handled and appropriate measures for that is taken.
1:We observe the act concerning protection of personal information and the indicator that the country provides and other standards.
2:We do appropriate acquisition, use, and the offer of personal information with consideration of activities (system business, sales business of computer and related equipment) and scales. Specified personal information that exceeds the range necessary for the achievement of outside the purpose of use is not handled.
3:We will take reasonable safety measures on the technical and the organization side, and correct it to prevent the unlawful computer access to individual information, the leakage of individual information, the downfall and the damage.
4:We install a special inquiry window and try the rapid deployment about the complaint, the consultation and the inquiry concerning the handling of personal information.
We regularly review the system of personal information management based on the protection of personal information management system, and assume the one continuously improved to use personal information appropriately and to protect it safely.
